Lightweight yet robust, GR Corolla pumps out 300 horsepower * and 273 lb.-ft. of torque out of its compact G16E-GTS turbocharged engine. All this, to help reduce its overall weight and provide balance as you punch it around every turn.
All hands and feet on deck. With an exclusively offered 6-speed short-shift intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT), you’ve got total control of GR Corolla. Hit the sport pedal clutch and express yourself with every rev; your connection growing with every shift of the stick.
Capable of handling diverse weather and terrain, the GR-FOUR AWD system distributes vigorous power to your front and rear wheels for ultimate traction. Designed to optimize drive power, its three power settings split front and rear torque distribution to 60:40 for everyday driving, 50:50 for track and maximum stability, and 30:70 for more torque off the rear wheels. GR Corolla lets you transform your driving experience for whatever thrills you’re seeking.
For whatever road you take, GR Corolla’s suspension is ready to boost your drive to the next level. Up front, a MacPherson strut suspension features circuit-tuned coil springs, shock absorbers and stabilizer bars that all work together to help put the power to the ground and take on corners on all surfaces. For the rear, a double-wishbone multilink system is used to make the most of its all-wheel-drive grip and performance.
Even at a standstill, GR Corolla looks like it’s ready for action. Flared front and rear fenders show off its wider stance for better grip of the road, while sporty black accents combine form and function. Its available red-painted calipers and GR badging hint that it’s more than just good looks.
Flow with the wind. Designed to enhance performance, GR Corolla features a functional matrix front grille with side air ducts to help airflow and increase stability, while side fender vents, a rear diffuser and a rear bumper ducts help channel the air to reduce drag and increase downforce.
Hug the road with stylish matte-black 18-in. alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin® Pilot® Sport 4 performance tires. * Lightweight for enhanced handling and looks that will last the whole day.
Embrace your inner rally racer when you get behind the wheel of the GR Corolla Circuit Edition. The Brin Naub®-trimmed sport seats with blue interior stitching create the perfect union of style and comfort.
The more, the merrier. GR Corolla’s versatile space offers seating for up to five people and a hatchback for easy cargo access to handle your everyday needs.
Designed with insight from professional drivers, GR Corolla's standard 12.3-in. Multi-Information Display (MID) puts the most vital information in your line of sight. Power it up, and the start-up GR animation lets you know it’s raring to go. And with a GR meter that features digital gauges for power settings and turbo pressure, a center tach and gear position indicator lights, you’ll find it easier to focus on what’s ahead.
Just like the engineering under the hood, GR Corolla’s speaker system is designed to amplify every drive. So blast your favorite playlist and get in the driving rhythm. Cleaner, crisper and more dynamic, GR Corolla’s available eight JBL® * speakers with an 800-watt amplifier deliver an enhanced sound quality to get you in the mood for every drive.
Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection (PCS w/PD) * is designed to help detect a vehicle, pedestrian, bicyclist or motorcyclist and provide an audio/visual forward-collision warning under certain circumstances. If you don’t react, the system is designed to provide automatic emergency braking.
Intended for highway use, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) * is an adaptive cruise control system that is designed to be set at speeds above 20 mph and uses vehicle-to-vehicle distance control to help maintain a preset distance from the vehicle ahead of you.
When white/yellow lane markings or certain road-edge boundary lines are detected at speeds above 30 mph, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA) * is designed to issue an audio/visual lane departure warning if an inadvertent lane departure is detected. If the driver does not take corrective action, the system is also designed to provide gentle corrective steering for lane-keeping assistance.
When Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) * is enabled and lane markers are detected, Lane Tracing Assist (LTA) * uses the lines on the road and/or preceding vehicles to provide active driving assistance and help keep the vehicle centered in its lane.
